For express shipments, our primary courier is EMS. The transit time for customer shipments is typically 5-7 days. If you prefer, we can use UPS, TNT, Fedex for express shipments. We also support Airmail package and SAL package. That depends on our members¡¯ preference of balancing the cost and time.
If you order books, newspapers and magazines through Chinabox.cc, we will process your order immediately. It may take several weeks for the some magazine companies to begin sending your subscription. |

Chinabox.cc gives our members complete flexibility with their shipment scheduling. You can even specify separate preferences for documents and merchandise.
Here are the standard options:
Hold: We hold your items until you tell us to ship them. Weekly: We ship your merchandise once a week. You can even specify the day of week. Biweekly: We ship your merchandise every other week. Monthly: We ship once a month. You can skip months if you like.
If at any time you wish to change your shipping preferences, please let us know. We are here to serve you. Of course, you can change your preferences online at any time, day or night. |

To save our customers money, we will always try to consolidate your items into one box, unless you instruct us otherwise. Our shipping rates (per 500g) decrease as the box weight increases so it is almost always to your benefit to have one large box sent instead of several small boxes. ( We will not open the small boxes without you authorization by letter, email or fax. |

| How do Chinabox.cc members pay the package shipping charges? |
|
We accept PayPal, Western Union, MoneyBooks, Money Gram, Credit Cards ( Visa, MasterCard, American Express cards PayPal supported). When you pay us by credit cards, you can also select to use PayPal or not. If yea, we don¡¯t know your credit card number and you don¡¯t need to have any concerns about this either. When you select to pay by Western Union, just let us know in advance of your next shipment. No fee will be automatically charged to your credit card. Before your renewal date, our customer service will inform you and remind you to pay by yourself. If you prefer other ways like Check to pay us, please contact our customer service.
Important:
¡¤ If you select to pay us by PayPal, we will be charged for PayPal service fee. So we will have to charge you this PayPal service fee. It is about 3.4% of the total amount.
¡¤ If you select to pay us by Western Union, there is no additional fee on our side.
¡¤ If you select to pay us on check or money order, please reference your SUITE NUMBER and/or NAME on the check or money order so we know it is from you. Please e-mail Chinabox.cc as soon as the Check/Money Order is sent.

The following list is a non-exclusive sampling of items that are either restricted, cannot be shipped or, depending on your destination country, may either require an import license, additional documentation and/or cause problems and delays during the customs review of your shipment:
1. Combustible/flammable items (paints, oils, lighters, perfume, nail polish;
2. Any type of pressurized can (hair spray, shaving cream, spray cans of any type)
3. Hazardous materials (matches, chemicals, explosives)
4. Firearms, weaponry and their parts: military, police and tactical equipment of any kind, including guns, gun replicas, gun accessories, gun components (magazines, clips and rail systems), ammunition, knives, swords, compound bows, crossbows, discharge weapons such as shock batons or stun guns, tooling for guns or gun parts, optical scopes, laser sights, night sights, night visions goggles, handcuffs and other restraints, surveillance equipment.

I. Do you guarantee the quality of items I buy? |
| Sorry. Chinabox is not retailer but a mail forwarding service provider. You buy from the sellers and retailers. We are not responsible for the qualities of your items. If you are not satisfied with them please inform us as fast as you can. In the case that the item is completely different from what you have been told and the pictures you have seen, then we take entire responsability for this. Which means you will either get your money back or an exchange. But this shouldn't happen because we do check your stuff before sending it. For more security and reliability we can take some more pictures of your items for you. If you need anything else don't hesitate to ask us, it's always a pleasure. |

II. Can I cancel my order? |

Yes, If we have not bought for you, you can inform us to cancel the order. If we have already bought for you but the goods have not been shipped out to you, please inform us, our customerservice will try our best to return the goods to seller.
